We would like to thank you and your team at Felder Contractors for the work on our home and the extension you created. We were not convinced that extending our home was the right decision for us however after seeing firsthand the work you and your team completed on a neighbouring home and the positive feedback our neighbour gave, we requested to meet you immediately. Soon later we appointed Felder Contractors to reconfigure our existing garage to create room for another bedroom, storage and play room for our two boys. A new carport was to be created, driveway, gatehouse, pathways and reconstruction of our boundary wall. We are so thrilled with the changes and the space it has created for our family.

Felder Contractors

We have recently built our house with Felder Contractors. We found the owner of the company, Bernie, very friendly and easy going.

It was a great experience building with a smaller building company and Bernie took a lot of the stress out of the building process for us. It was also a more personal experience and we had so much input in every aspect of the house…

From designing the floor plan and facade to choosing paint colours, carpet and tiles… We got exactly what we wanted… No restrictions, which is something bigger building companies always come with.

There was also a fixed price from the beginning of the building process. No base price, then add ons here and there for down lighting and air conditioning, things that aren’t included in normal builds like landscaping and driveways… It was all there from the start in black and white.

The building process was completed very proficiently… From the day the block was cut to us moving our furniture in was less then 3 months. We love our new house and are very excited about raising our family here with baby number 1 on the way. We are very happy with Felder Contractors, would hire them again for our next build and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
